Refund policy

At Oliver & Eli, each piece is designed in-house and created individually. We take pride in quality and craftsmanship, and we stand behind every item we produce.


1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oliverandeli.com.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major fault.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


2. Change of Mind or Incorrect Size Selection

As our products are individually created to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. A detailed size guide is provided on each product page.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


3. Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return relates to a confirmed fault or error on our part.


4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
