Orders are produced and dispatched from within Australia or the United States - whichever is closest to you for faster delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order and carefully produced within 3–6 business days.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Australia & USA: 1–3 business days


Tracking details are provided as soon as your order is dispatched.


Standard shipping is $7.95.

Complimentary shipping is included on all orders over $100.

Sizing & Fit

Tees
Our tees offer a unisex cut - relaxed through the shoulders and clean through the body for a modern, effortless silhouette. As a guide:

  • S = AU 8–10
  • M = 10–12
  • L = 12–14
  • XL = 14–16
  • 2XL = 18–20

Choose true to size for a standard fit, or size up for a relaxed look. Extended sizing is available up to 5XL.

Can I modify my order after purchase?
Orders move into production almost immediately, so we’re unable to modify or cancel once placed. Please review all details carefully before checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Oliver & Eli piece is made to order — individually crafted with intention. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size. If your piece arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right - no questions, just care.
