Terms & Conditions for Newsletter Subscription T-Shirt Prize Draw

Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are legally residing in Australia. Employees, affiliates, agents of Oliver & Eli, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must subscribe to the Oliver & Eli newsletter by providing a valid email address via oliverandeli.com. Each new subscription qualifies as one entry into the prize draw.

Prize Details

The prize consists of 1 x “Slay Queen!” T-shirt. The winner will be able to select the size and colour of the t-shirt. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Prize Draw Date

The prize draw will take place on 1st May 2025, and the winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received by the closing date, 30th April 2025.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the prize draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days to claim their prize, a new winner will be selected.

Data Protection and Privacy

By subscribing to the newsletter, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Oliver & Eli’s privacy policy, which can be found [here]. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

Liability

Oliver & Eli is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may prevent an entry from being received. Oliver & Eli also accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes.

Publicity

By entering the competition, the winner agrees to their name being used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
